History of Bolduc & Sons
1920: John Heinsen (Grandfather of Monty Bolduc) owns and operates a gas station and petroleum distribution business known as IL Oil Company
1950's: After serving his country in World War II, William returned home and formed Bolduc and Sons, a fertilizer company. From here, a long standing partnership with Standard Oil begins.
1960's to1970's: After serving his country in the Army, Monty Bolduc returns home to help his father and brother run the family business
1980's: William Bolduc retires from the family business and leaves the business to his sons Monty Bolduc and Brian Bolduc
1990's: A period of growth for Bolduc and Sons: Bolduc and Sons acquires Woodhull Oil, builds Express Lane convenience store and expandss the fertilizer and transportation business.
2017: Monty and Connie Bolduc acquire all shares of Bolduc and Sons. A period of growth for Bolduc and Sons begins. Bolduc and Sons expands the transportation business and Woodhull Oil's business
